Our group cycling sessions are designed to make training fun, energetic, and motivating while improving endurance and overall fitness.

After booking, you will speak with the coach to schedule the session. The coach will organize the training at a suitable cycling location and guide the group through the ride anywhere in Dubai.

During the session, the coach will lead the group through different cycling drills and paced rides to help improve stamina, rhythm, and bike control. The coach will guide participants on proper riding posture, safe braking, gear control, and how to ride smoothly in a group.

As the session progresses, the coach may introduce short challenges, sprint intervals, or endurance segments to keep the training exciting and help everyone push their limits in a supportive environment.

If you do not have cycling equipment, the coach can advise you on the best bike and safety gear for your level.
