Our athletics training sessions are designed to help students become faster, stronger, and more confident in their movement.

After booking, you will speak directly with the coach to discuss your level and schedule the session. The coach will come to your location anywhere in Dubai and guide you through structured athletic training suited to your abilities.

During the session, the coach will focus on important athletic skills such as running technique, acceleration, agility drills, and jumping exercises. The coach will show you how to move efficiently, improve your speed, and develop better balance and coordination.

Students will practice sprint starts, quick direction changes, and explosive movements that are important for many sports. The coach will guide every exercise carefully to make sure technique is correct and progress is steady.

If equipment is needed, the coach can bring cones, agility ladders, and other training tools for the session.

After each session, the coach will review your progress and guide you on the next steps so you continue improving your speed, strength, and athletic performance with every class.
