Kickboxing classes

Our boxing training sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and discipline while teaching the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and structured way.

After booking, you will speak with the coach to schedule the session. The coach will organize the training at your suitable location and guide through all sessions.

During the session, the coach will first teach you the basic boxing stance, balance, and how to move correctly. You will then learn how to throw proper punches such as the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut while maintaining control and good technique.

The coach will also guide you through footwork drills, defensive movements, and reaction exercises so you learn how to move, block, and stay protected during boxing practice.

Training may also include pad work, conditioning exercises, and boxing combinations that improve speed, coordination, and endurance.

If you do not have boxing gloves or training equipment, the coach can advise you on the best equipment for your level.

After each session, the coach will review your progress and guide you on the next steps so you continue improving your technique, fitness, and confidence with every class.
